This website offers visitors Biofield Tuning sessions. By accessing or using the website or our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it, (ii) you fill in all the information correctly and truthfully, and (iii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged per transaction to your payment method.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

No information on this website is intended to be used as medical advice, opinion, diagnosis or practice. There is no guarantee that any statement, claim or information found on this website with regards to medicine and health is correct, verified, up-to-date, made partially or completely by a qualified medical professional. There is a best efforts obligation in the performance of the services of Tuning to Love. Tuning to Love does not give a (medical) guarantee in any way, nor is she/he liable in any way for (medical) complications that arise at the time or after the provision of the service to the patient/client, which cannot be attributed to to a serious attributable shortcoming of Tuning to Love. Tuning to Love is in no way liable for consequential damage. Tuning to Love is not liable insofar as damage arises from the fact that the patient/client has not properly followed oral or written advice from the healthcare provider. The liability of Tuning to Love for damage resulting from the services provided by him/her - possibly with the involvement of non-subordinates - is limited to a maximum of the costs of a treatment. In all cases, any liability of Tuning to Love is limited to the amount charged to the patient/client in the past month, or to a maximum of the amount covered by the liability insurance taken out by Tuning to Love. Tuning to Love is in no way liable for the quality and composition of the accessories, supplements, medicines, etc. recommended by him/her.

Tuning to Love is not liable for any risk associated with your use of and access to the provided services under this agreement. Under no circumstances we are held liable for any exemplary, consequential, special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive damages (including but not limited to damages associated with loss of profits, loss of business or loss of opportunity, interruption of business, loss of data or information or other pecuniary losses), resulting from using or being unable to use the services, to the maximum extent that the applicable law permits this limitation of liability. Tuning to Love is also held not liable for the treatment not delivering expected by the client results.

Dutch law applies to the services provided by Tuning to Love. In disputes arising from or related to the services of Tuning to Love, only the court has jurisdiction to take cognizance of this dispute.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Tuning to Love. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

The information on the current website is not a personal treatment plan for the visitor. No rights can be derived from the content shown, nor is the owner of the website liable for damage caused directly or indirectly by the information on this website. For a treatment that is tailored to your own situation, ask for advice from a regular doctor or a therapist recognized by a professional organization recognized by the GAT. The treatments offered on the current website fall under the heading of alternative and/or complementary care. This does not replace the diagnostics, care and/or nursing of regular health care.
