Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation/rescheduling of an in-person session within less than 48 hours before the session or a no show allows for no refund, in all other cases a full refund is granted or a booking is rescheduled free of charge. You can also reschedule as a remote session instead (within 48-12 hours in advance) or can find someone to receive your session to avoid any fees. Online sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Refund will be issued within 1 week maximum (normally within 24 hours) with the same payment method used, unless agreed otherwise. Please note, that processing times of other services such as PayPal or a bank can influence that time and are out of hands of the practitioner.
